Order Not Delivered: If Savannaga fails to deliver the order due to an issue on our end.
Wrong/Damaged Items: If the customer receives incorrect, missing, or damaged items.
Vendor Cancellation: If the vendor cancels an order due to stock unavailability.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The customer provides an incorrect address or contact details.
The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
The customer changes their mind after placing an order.
The customer refuses the order without a valid reason (e.g., dissatisfaction with taste, late delivery due to external factors).
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery through the app.
Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or as in-app credits.
Apple users who made payments via the App Store may need to request refunds directly through Apple Support in accordance with their policies.
